A note from the founder.
Krijma was founded on a simple observation. The real-estate developers we worked with — and the clients they served — consistently wanted three things from an electro-mechanical contractor: pricing that remained reliable, execution that did not require rework, and the honesty to communicate problems early along with practical solutions.
Before founding Krijma in January 2009, I spent more than two decades within leading real-estate and infrastructure groups including Vatika, Paras, Ooms and Universal, serving in electrical and project management leadership roles ranging from Manager to Vice-President. Those years gave me a close understanding of what disciplined execution looks like — and what poor execution ultimately costs in time, money and trust.
Krijma was built to deliver the former and eliminate the latter.
Today, seventeen years later, our work spans 11 kV and 33 kV substations, complete electrical fit-outs for residential/commercial/industrial infrastructure developments, HVAC systems, fire & safety infrastructure, and low-voltage systems including CCTV, access control and structured cabling.
We have successfully delivered over 70 projects for leading developers including EMAAR, Experion, KPC Projects, TATA Group, Adani Realty, Universal and Ameya , among others, while continuing to manage multiple active sites at any given time. Much of this work comes through repeat engagements — the measure of trust and performance we value most.
Across our sites, we place equal importance on engineering discipline, safety practices and professional conduct. Clients have consistently valued our organised execution, compliance standards, and the cleanliness and accountability we maintain at every project location.
While our primary footprint remains in North India, we are fully equipped to undertake projects across the country.
